3. Tournament Categories

📌 The tournament includes various categories, in which competitors will compete over a specified number of rounds:

              • General Categories – 4 rounds
              • Amateur Categories – 3 rounds
              • Team Categories – 3 rounds

 

General Categories (4 rounds)

🥇 Junior Girls – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Junior Boys – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Women – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Men – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Senior Women – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Senior Men – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Open – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th place

Amateur Categories (3 rounds)

🥇 Junior Girls – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Junior Boys – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Women – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Men – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
🥇 Open – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place

Team Categories (3 rounds)

🥇 Team – 1st, 2nd, 3rd place (3-person teams)

📌 Team rules:
Teams may consist of participants from different categories, for example:

              •  Amateurs + General competitors
              •  Women + men
              •  A foreign participant + a Polish participant
              •  A junior + a senior

📌 The minimum number of competitors in a category is 3. If fewer than 3 applications are received, the organizers may move competitors to another suitable category.

📌 In the team category, at least 3 teams must register for the event to take place. If fewer teams apply, the organizer may cancel the team classification.

📌 Additional option for amateurs:
Amateurs play 3 rounds but may participate in the 4th round. In such a case, they will also be included in the Open classification of the General categories.

 

4. Participation Rules

              •  Competitors with a national or international minigolf license, as well as amateurs without a license, may take part.
              •  Starting system: groups of 3, the order is drawn the day before, regrouping after the 3rd round.
              •  The tournament follows the rules of the World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF), in particular regulation 2.7 MOS.

5. Additional Regulations

 

              • Only minigolf and golf balls approved by the World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF) are allowed.
              • Equipment (putters and balls) is the competitor’s responsibility. If a competitor is unsure whether a particular ball is approved for play, they should consult the chief referee or the organizer.
              • The consumption of alcohol, smoking tobacco products, and other substances is prohibited during the competition and training.
              • Smoking is only allowed in the designated area.
              • Participants must wear their start number in a visible place during the tournament.
              • Referees will be announced before the start of the tournament.
              • Protests may be submitted to the chief referee no later than 10 minutes after an incident.

 

📌 Equipment Rental

It is possible to rent clubs and recreational balls from the office of the Zameczek Czernica Cultural Center.

Availability: around 40 sets.

Deposit for rental: 20 PLN.

 

6. Competition Schedule

Trainings
📅 Wednesday – Friday (April 2–4, 2025):
⏰ 8:00 – 20:00 – Training (included in the entry fee).

📅 Friday (April 4, 2025):
⏰ 18:00 – Group draw (exact time will be announced later).
⚠ No training is possible during the draw.

Day of Competition – Saturday (April 5, 2025)
⏰ 07:25 – 08:25 – Training
⏰ 08:30 – 09:00 – Opening ceremony
⏰ 09:00 – Tournament start

🍽️ During the competition, participants will have access to snacks and hot and cold drinks.
🏆 After the competition ends – Closing ceremony and award presentation

📌 If the competitor does not have a license, please let us know.

📌 Competitors without a minigolf license will be classified in the Amateur category. If there is any uncertainty regarding license possession, we recommend contacting the relevant minigolf club or national minigolf organization to verify the competitor’s status.

⚠ The entry fee is non-refundable in case of withdrawal or absence.
